Description and Similar Species: Wingspan 26-30mm. A rather nondescript skipper with one or two orange dots on the forewing and a greenish tinge to the thorax.
Range: Recorded only from the Bahamas and Cuba.
Status: Widespread and fairly common on roadsides, gardens and other grassy places.
Nectar Plants: Lantana, Tournefortia hirsutissima, Stachytarpheta jamaicensis, Ageratum conyzoides, Lippia alba, Urena lobata.
Larval Foodplants: The larva feeds on the leaves of larger Poaceae such as Sugar Cane and Rice.
